Texanz Lamb & Game BBQ Rub 125g
Texanz started with a Texas style base, then added in some flavours from south of the boarder to come up with a salt and pepper hit followed very quickly by subtle yet firm Cumin flavour profile, finishing with hint of mint on the back end.
It's delicate enough to let the flavour of the meat shine but has enough body to stand up on it's own. As with all of their Texas style red meat rubs this is a savoury flavour profile with no sugar.
