Pitmasters from across New Zealand go head-to-head in a high-stakes BBQ showdown under the iconic Forsyth Barr roof, competing for National Leaderboard points, prize money, and ultimate bragging rights.
Competition – Sunday 31 May:

2:00pm – Ribs
3:00pm – Pork
4:00pm – Brisket
5:00pm – Awards
Minimum Prize Pool (per category):

Once a team has registered, tickets are non-refundable.
Meat can be pre trimmed before the competition
Meats must be marinated, prepared and cooked on site once the cooking window opens
Marinades and rubs can be prepared in advance
