Following the success of our Steak and Chook Chook Chicken workshops, we’re firing things up again at The Craft Embassy — and this time, LAMB is taking centre stage!
Join Josh Fash from Texanz BBQ and Alan from BBQs Direct for another relaxed, hands-on evening dedicated to getting more flavour from the BBQ.
We’ll explore different ways to prepare, season and cook lamb on the BBQs - sharing practical BBQ techniques, a few tricks we’ve picked up along the way, and plenty of inspiration for taking your lamb beyond the traditional Sunday roast.
