Premium Texas Blend Pellets 12.7KG

This aromatic blend of black oak, hickory with a hint of mesquite, produces more smoke than our other blends. The pellets are a deep chocolate brown and will burn hot. If you’re after big taste, the Texas Blend is the perfect pellet for you.

Breakdown: 60% Black Oak, 30% Hickory and 10% Mesquite.

What do GMG pellets contain and how are they made?

GMG pellets contain only clean, kiln-dried sawdust which never touches the floor. Sawdust is forced through a die at high temperature and pressure. This melts the lignin in the wood. Lignin is the substance which holds a tree together, and as it exits the die, it cools and holds the pellets together as well.
