You are welcome to come along to watch the competitions throughout the day, there will be plenty of opportunity to banter BBQ with competitors once the pressure is off and entries have been submitted to the judges.
Stay on for the Awards ceremony to see who takes the Cash - the Prizes - the Competition Points and most importantly the bragging rights!
Officially sanctioned by the Steak Cookoff Association USA, this is a single Steak + 4 Ancillary competition - in a Degustation sequence:
Ancillary 1: Amuse Bouche
Ancillary 2: Appetiser
Steak
Ancillary 3: Dessert
Ancillary 4: Cocktail
In addition to Top Prize Money in each Category, there will be a GC and RGC award available to those competing in all 5 Categories (the complete degustation)

10:00am Judges Meeting
11:00 - 11:30pm 1st Ancillary Turn- In - Amuse Bouche

2:00 - 2:30pm 3rd Ancillary Turn In - Dessert
